Refund and Returns Policy

Items purchased directly from Corally USA (this site) may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The packaging must be in new condition (reusable).

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Any items returned without authorization will not be processed or refunded, so wait for your authorization number before sending anything back. Your authorization number must be visible on the outside of the package. Return address and additional instructions will be emailed to you upon approval.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your form has been submitted, we will reach out via email with a confirmation, and a request for any additional information, if required. Return instructions and an RMA number will be sent if necessary once your request has been reviewed. Do NOT return any items before receiving your RMA number.
